Please read the following terms and conditions by which we operate;

We do not have an online booking service, for all bookings and enquiries please contact us here.
Passengers must embark/ disembark when instructed to do so and remain seated whilst aboard carriage.
Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied/ supervised by an adult when aboard carriage.
For the Unicorn Tea Party experience, participants are required to wear enclosed shoes and our Australian standard approved helmet (provided).
For Weddings and Photoshoots, if you choose to not wear a safety helmet you do so against our recommendation.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non refundable.
Payment transactions are made via EFT (please use your full name as payment reference).

Deposit payment is considered confirmation of booking.
Balance is due 48 hours before your booking date, with exception of Weddings where balance due 7 days prior.
All participants must read & sign a ‘Risk Warning & Waiver of Liability’.
The ‘Risk Warning & Waiver’ can be completed electronically here , alternatively Download here to print and present completed on day of booking.
A ‘Çatastrophic’ fire warning, active bushfire, extreme heat, wind or storm conditions will require our services be withdrawn. In relation to weather conditions, services will be postponed to a mutually agreeable time and no further compensation will be given.
Classic Carriage Drives retains the right to withdraw services if deemed necessary. In this instance full payment will be reimbursed via EFT and no further compensation will be given.
Reimbursement will not occur when service has been withdrawn when money outstanding, abusive or disrespectable behavior, for a “change of mind” or failure to meet on location at time of booking.
